This kept the new technology localized and an advantage the Alchemist/Druid or a Holy Man (of God) could use to ‘save souls’ for a few pieces of silver, “For Silver Elixirs of course”. Three simple Baghdad Batteries totaling 4.5VDC can cure almost every ‘ailment’ known to mankind and we join with others who have stated that any ‘electrical’ device known to antiquity was more purposely built to HEAL. Understanding this Persian Magi Battery from the East, is essential to understanding “Light is Everything”. How a single cell battery can be made in zillions of ways from a Tomato and 2 nails to The Baghdad battery and every single Cell or Microbe in Biology being a tiny ‘battery’.
After each civilization collapse, mankind reverted back to fire for energy. The Persians have also kept libraries. Using electrodes from a battery or applying a battery to precious metals like the single wet Cell that Cayce prescribed for healing Multiple Sclerosis utilizing a Gold wedding ring in the circuit, we explain how this invention of the ‘electric’ single cell battery was a PREREQUISITE for Tesla to invent 3 Phase Alternating Current motors and generators that built the 20th Century and how electricity was used to Heal in the past.
It starts with… “Everything is the Light” and “Energy, Frequency and Vibration” said Tesla.
John Keely’s, “Light is like a magnet without a form” is an improvement over Tesla’s definition Energy, Frequency and Vibration as it does introduce a new term or ‘attribute’ to describe Light. This “magnet” property of Keely can be substituted or likened to a “bit of matter” or “iron” as our entire understanding of “magnetics” starts with Iron. Iron in the Baghdad battery and iron in the spinning magnet at the power station.
Iron has TWO distinct properties, a Push Me force and a Pull Me force or what we call Polarity in describing these forces of expansion and compression and both these ‘properties’ are without form. It follows that Light is also Dipolar without Form to expand on Keely’s definition.
Keely also wrote about ‘PIN’ or Point of Infinite Reality. Joe calls this property of Energy “Equilibrium”. Keely preferred calling it the Neutral Centre and Tesla said Rotating Magnetic Fields will create a Neutral Centre and “Radiant Energy” or Scalar energy “every time”. Its NOT a ‘zero point’ as such. Its actually the Attachment or energy Conduit Point to the Aether for any given Mass of Energy. This 2 way flow of Energy from the Aether, is expressed as “For Every Action there is an Opposite and Equal Reaction” and imparts Life to animate clay being the ‘origin of Life’. Consciousness is Universal Radiant Energy from the Aether. This gives new meanings to ‘Everything is connected to everything’, via the Aether Energy Grid or Quintessence of Aristotle aka Akashic or Heaven. The fact that your 3rd Eye has been Fluoridated and calcified and ‘polluted’ so you can no longer ‘see’ your connection to the Universal Mind of God should be a concern rather than a myth.
The fake structure of the atom failing to account for the Force of Magnetics
The ‘electron’ was first postulated to exist in 1896 by a Frenchman to ‘explain’ Tesla’s Light-ning. All ‘electrical’ phenomena by the EU people is ascribed to this single marble.
The ‘neutron’ was thought into existence to balance the Mass Equation of the Atom, keeping the mathematicians happy and to give a few ‘outs’ ascribable later.
Weight or Mass was not attributed to the Positive/South Pole nor the Negative/North Pole charged particles within the ‘atom’ in relation to the ‘mass of atoms’ surroundings, but merely how many particles needed to equal “weight” in a given volume at sea level, must mean more marbles rather than its ‘electrical’ or magnetic properties in relation to the Earths Magnetic Field. Such is the incompleteness of the EU theory.
The Periodic Table has no magnetics and nor does the Electron or Electric Universe Theory. They simply did not understand that a magnet creates DC electricity and imparts a magnetic Field around the ‘atoms’ when they split water with these 2 Polar Properties. The 2 words that have confused mankind the most are gravity and electrons. Update… before Wall trusted the science and died suddenly he was attempting to bring forth the Di-pole Electron so it could begin to spin some electricity into the theory.
Light is Magnetic as is everything else.
What this Light is that we “see”, feel, taste, hear, smell and the 6th Imagines ‘Sense’. If it was averaged out, Tesla filed a new patent every 20 days his whole working life and I see a lot of Sense in being with the guy who appears to be the smartest guy in the room, the man who reinvented Fire as Lightning. Even Einstein acknowledged his Genius. If history hasn’t taught you anything yet, you need to get out of Plato’s Cave more. Why humans ignore Tesla’s Everything is the Light and still think energy is electrons ad Light is smashing electrons against electrons for the production of Photons and endlessly debate what a battery electricity is, only exemplifies its just a ‘Theory’ and not any provable truth anywhere.
Einstein was ‘controlled’ opposition where ‘all the world is a stage’ and the puppet masters wished to keep it that way. (same as the EU thunderbolts people) He stole the ‘theory’ from an Italian Physicist and never really grasped the concepts. He was also a ‘spy’ for the moneyed puppet masters with a Nobel Pension for Life. So lets take a new look at them shadows and think a little outside the Cave and ponder some newer inventions and discoveries.
Our Definition of Light has taken us 1000’s of ‘experiments’ of working with dirty waters, a 12V car or a couple of Bagdad Batteries in series, an “Antenna Cell” to create Compression and Expansion and “Equilibrium” (Joe’s term for Neutral Centre) and lots of instructions from the Universal Mind of God to fully grasp the Concept that Everything is the Light. We might add that Thales said ‘Everything is Water’ and ‘Life is in Everything’ as these statements will take on new meanings for those who question Science.
One cannot explain a Battery without understanding “Light” and the fact that the Baghdad Battery produces Light Energy or Magnetic Direct Battery Current which is Light. Batteries create Light by raising the Vibration rate and thus the Temperature in the ‘filament’. (not always as there is the opposite and equal of Cold Nuclear reactions)
Light like Heat, is a ‘product’ of Vibration. The unspoken Intellectual Property of a Battery
The Intellectual Property for Application of Magi Probes/Wands from a couple of Baghdad Batteries connected in ‘series’ and applied to water, metals or Points on the body using Direct Magnetic Current or DC from Iron, Copper and an electrolyte (apple cider vinegar or an acid) in a clay pot has been completely forgotten. Without this IP of Battery DC production, you cannot make a ‘ferrite magnet’. Without a ferrite magnet you cannot generate Alternating Current or AC as found in most households. The High Current potential of generating an Alternating Current, allows for the commercial production of Magnets. High Alternating current also replace horses, steam, petroleum and man power.
Coils of wire create and radiate magnetic Direct Current as a Magnetic “Field” and provide the energy to do ‘work’ like boil water. This Magnetic Field generated by the Battery DC activated Coil, reactivates or “CHARGES UP” the Memory of Bio Magnetism held within the Tetrahedron Light Crystals that make the Lump of Frequencies we call ‘iron’. The application of Electricity to Iron as a Coil or Magnetic Field is similar to the Water Antenna Cell generating a Magnetic Field within and of, the Water. The Water is Charged Up making it Magnetic. Purplepete and miles mathias both so called Research scientists, never researched the Magnetic Field Generator or Water Antenna Array known as the SilverJoe Cell that Magnetizes the Water even though BOTH of them held one in their hands. Magnetism simply isnt part of ‘electricity’ and cant possible magnetize water or Charge it Up, it seems.
But first one has to manufacture many batteries to get high DC voltage to coil around an Iron ingot to Magnetize it. And to this day, nonsense theories are postulated as to the ‘origin’ of this Magi Magnetism (electricity) found ‘only’ in the ‘elements’ of Iron, Boron and Cobalt and used in common household batteries. We place quotation marks around ‘elements’ as “elements” are only STABILIZED MAGNETIC RESONANT FIELD PATTERNS OF WATER. Or snow flake patterns of Tetrahedron water crystals.
Hematite or Iron Ore is petrified sedimentation of Single Cell Sea Lifeforms or Microbes. Iron is not a ‘mineral’ like say gold where those ‘ores’ are found as a metal in there ‘natural state’. All “iron” on planet earth is from Organic Life, where Life Force energy in a single cell microbe, Bio Magnetically metabolizes ‘Iron Frequencies’ from Sunlight and Water. Metabolism like ‘Photosynthesis’ is another way of saying ‘transmutation’.
The Hamersley Range in Western Australia was formed by sedimentary deposits of these iron microbes that are 1000’s of feet thick and once were at the bottom of an ocean.
We energize (heat) these Rocks of Petrified Sea microbes in the presence of Carbon/Coal to ‘precipitate’ the Iron Frequencies and congeal them into an ingot. We ‘purify’ the Energy, Frequency and Vibration of “Bio Iron” and then we label it an “element”. And Voila, we are metallurgists not Alchemists.
We then grind this iron into powder and press it into the FORM or shape we want and then coil wires around these shapes and ‘electrify’ the coil with DC to re-activate the Bio-Electric Magnetic Energy or re-activate the LIFE FORCE MEMORY of the Microbial Iron. The ‘electrified coil’ derives its energy from a DC Battery (or similar) and this creates a Magnetic Field to re-energize or ‘magnetize’ the fresh off the assembly line, ferrite magnets derived from Microbe Biology in Water.
Everything is an Energy, Frequency and Vibration of Water.
A Battery derives its ‘energy’ from 2 differing Frequencies (elemental vibrations) where the interaction is controlled for the “Frequency/Vibration Equalization” or flow of magnetic Direct Current. Calling it a ‘chemical reaction’ belies the true nature of matter by labeling a parcel of matter, with Mass Spectrometer obtained Specific Frequencies, as ‘an element’. Everything has a Frequency and this Vibration ‘flows’ from a higher potential to a lower potential, Or a Higher Frequency to a Lower, or from North Pole Negative to the South Pole Positive in a Battery. North Pole Magnetism has more “FIRE”about the North Pole on a Magnet than the South Pole on a Magnet and is a stronger Force than South Pole.
Be it Nickle/Cadmium or Lithium/Cobalt or Lead/Acid or an Iron and Copper Baghdad Battery, it’s the same principle. Electricity is ‘evident’ in the Interactions of the Frequency of the Vibrations between two dissimilar ”elements’. Its why they invented Anti Seize paste for ‘threaded’ bolts. The ‘electrical discharge’ between two dissimilar metals ‘welds’ them together, also known as corrosion or ‘electrolysis’ or an effect of ‘electricity’.
It therefore follows that the materials used in the construction of a Battery will affect the Energy, Frequency and Vibration available as DC and its harmonious (or not) interaction with Biological Life Forms. It also follows that the materials or ‘elements’ used in a Magnet construction to generate Alternating Current or AC, will “flavor” the AC according to the origin of the ‘elements’ used in the magnet and a battery will have the Magnetic Current flavor of the differing ‘elements’. This is because every ‘element’ has a unique Vibrational ‘signature’. It is these Vibrations that constitute the very ESSENCE of ‘electricity’. Lithium batteries exemplify this ‘more charge’ or more Frequency ‘available’ and are required for the newer advanced electronics used today.
If you want to understand the Universe (and electricity) think in the terms Tesla told you… Light and thus electricity is Energy, Frequency and Vibration. But alas, there are no Nobel Prizes for understanding Tesla so the Electric Universe needed to be invented to bring forth a never ending string of Theories for the chance of being Nobelly acclaimed.
This has implications for all medical devices that use ‘electricity’ from images like x-ray, MRI or ultrasound (known to damage unborn ears requiring grommets by surgery later in childhood, or that used to enhance the human body like a blanket made of magnets for sleeping on, production of medical ozone or even the light bulb that illuminates the room. To overcome some of this Anti-Biotic nature of frequencies, Tesla said that 60 Hertz of AC is more harmonious to Life but the Europoors went with 50 hertz and more Volts and no none knows what electricity is anymore. Purplepete, being a self proclaimed ‘Electric Universe’ Research Specialist can only agree he knows not what ‘electricity’ is because he simply does not research it. Wall Thornhill was no better. Wall Trusted the Science and recently died suddenly as he had little critical think abilities to translate energy, frequency and vibration into the EU theory or anything related to Bio Electicity and metal vibrations in inoculations.
The DC Battery Effect when spinning a magnet past a copper coil collector.
How to make AC from a car battery. You can connect an AC motor directly to a DC car battery and then you take one Lead off and touch the battery terminal with the Lead 50 times (Hertz) a second and the motor will run. Or you buy an Inverter and it does this ‘electrically’ inside a black box next to the 240VAC Fridge in your caravan. We make household AC by spinning a Magnet next to a Collector COIL 50/60 times a Second or running the Hydro Electric Generators at 3000/3600rpm.
As the spinning Vibrating Magnet or the Magnetized Iron comes in close proximity to a copper coil, the Coil resonates (like 2 tuning forks) with the Frequency of the Magnet. A ‘pulse’ of Vibrations activates the coil and EVERYTHING that’s connected to that coil all the way to your toaster. These Vibrations are converted to HEAT by another COIL in the toaster or electric jug or to Light in a vacuum bulb. By controlling the Vibrations of battery DC applied to a specially designed “Water Antenna Cell’ to generate a magnetic Field in water, (instead of a Magnetic Field Coil in a vacuum) the Memory of the water in the Cell will Electro-magnetically change its Vibrational rate or Magnetic Resonant Field Pattern (snow flake pattern) and become another Frequency, Isotope or ‘elemental substance’. By by controlling the vibrations of a battery applied to a Coil to create a Magnetic Field in a Vacuum will give Light.
Light and ‘elemental matter’ are similar products of magnetism which is Vibrational energy. To change the natural Vibrations of Matter/water by the addition of more Magnetic Vibrations we call “Charging Up” (Joe’s terminology) or “Hypercharging”. Other experimenters call it ‘enrichment’ and any new properties evident not in the original is now an Isotope rather than a transmutation. They know what they do but they don’t tell you. Wall’s ‘Safire’ was/still is controlled opposition.
Magnetism
A Vibrating Magnet or the Re-Activated Bio Magnetism in a Ferrite iron powder ‘shape’ sets up a Magnetic Field around the shape as evidenced by iron filings. The Vibrations resulting from the Charged Up, Bio Iron Memories or Frequencies of a newly made Magnet, induces a pattern of ‘Vibratory motion’ in the ‘magnetic’ properties of anything in close proximity of the Magnet like a copper coil. We see these Field Patterns in the iron filings, the Layers of the Atmosphere (ozone) and the ‘salt content’ in the layers of the Ocean. Everything is magnetic. We call this Field Effect “Magnetism”.
This Magnetism or Vibrating Field will give evidence of ‘electricity’ if done as a controlled vibrational release as in a battery, or if it is applied to a Coil. There are the many ways to make this Electric Kettle like Coil vibrate to produce Heat and Light by raising of vibrations. We call this Hot Fusion or the South Pole Positive Field Effect of ‘heat’. No prizes for jumping ahead in this Thesis and realizing there is an opposite and equal Cold Fusion Vibrational change to Matter by using a North Mono Pole Magnetic Field as the Field Generator or Water Antenna (Joe)Cell. This is evident in the distinct difference between the 2 magnetic Fields and the properties of the bubbles and the color of the water at the end of linked video experiment. Alternating Current to run a Toaster
Think of the ‘lines’ of iron fillings around the magnet as being part of a Sine Wave or a 3D ‘wave form’ around the Magnet. With the compression, implosion or North Pole Negative as the high part of the ‘sine wave’ representing the Lines of filings. The Gaps between the Lines as the South Pole Positive Oxygen explosive Expansion energies or low part of the Wave. These wave forms, as SEEN in Iron Filings are in a 3D format around a magnet having a ‘specatular but invisible’ Wave Forms.
When the magnetic Wave Form is spun past a coil, all these invisible Wave forms interact with the Natural Vibratory frequencies within the metal copper, to increase the Light Crystal MRF pattern Vibrations. These Wave forms Charges them Up by increasing their Frequency and thus potential energy and jostles or magnetically vibrates a new MRF pattern thats stable. This is Hypercharging by a new magnetic Field overlay or Charge Up and its new ‘elemental’ Frequency sets the pattern to form the Lines of Filings when a lump of Ferrite powder is Magnetized or Hypercharged by an ‘electrified or Vibrating’ Coil of copper wire. Energy Frequency and Vibration as Physical Laws.
Everything is magnetic but magnets are more so being Hypercharged or Charged Up by another source of electrical vibrations that have Polarity. This “Jostlile” is the inherent Natural Vibrations of the MRF patterns or the 3D snowflake pattern of Light Crystals that give a Mass Spectrometer the Frequency Reading we call “copper”. These ‘lines of wave forms’ emanations from the magnet have also been called the Emanation Field. The more ‘solid’ wave form, like the ferrite magnet itself, are termed Neutronic Fields. These are all “Field Science” terms.
The spinning magnet increases the Vibrations in this Copper Magnetic Resonant Frequency Field Pattern as the magnetic waves pass through all matter and each time the magnet passes by the copper coil. This spinning magnet sets up vibrations like a Tuning fork as a Wave of Vibrations with each RPM. Vibrating the Copper Coil and all that is connected via conducting wires, with Vibrations, all the way to your toaster. The bigger the Magnet, the faster the rpm, the more windings in the copper coil to collect the more massive ripples or disturbances in the Field gives us more Vibrations or Volts and amperage. The Motor running your fridge is another Tuning Fork having the massive disturbance in the Vibration induced in the Stator and the coiled Rotor spins in accordance with the 90 degree interaction between the Positive and the Negative.
As the Magnet Passes the Coil and the Vibrations ‘start’, this represents the Negative and the last of the induced vibrations are the Positive side of the Vibrational Wave with each passing magnet. In a furnace Smeltor, the Iron emerging from the furnace first is the North Pole of the Iron ‘pipe’. This is a prerequisite for determining the Alignment Polarity of the Tubes or rods in any Water Cell Antenna construction.
‘Waves’ or the Reciprocating Nature of Vibrations. Making a Copper Coil a Tuning fork as a source of Energy
This magnet is spun past a Copper coil 50 to 60 times a second and in MULTIPLE numbers and in close proximity. These Vibrational waves from the spinning magnets has a ‘Tuning Fork’ effect in the MRF Patterns of the copper in the Coils generating a Massive Disturbance within the Field of Natural Vibrations. These Vibrations are massively disturbed and amplified and can be harvested as Alternating Current ELECTRICITY in anything connected to the Copper coils.
Such Massive Disturbance in the Field we call EMF, Living under power Lines or when a specific frequency its microwave leakage. Buts its Pure Vibrational energy with the “flavor’ of the components that made the Magnets and the coils that make these frequencies by how ‘compressed’ and the number of their Wave Fields or Lines of Iron Filings that are around the spinning Magnet. The additive Neodymium for example, changes this Vibratory ‘signature’ or the flavor of the ‘electricity’. These iron filling “waves’ are passing through the Coil where at the Light Crystal Level these crystals are being Increased in Vibration and this then Globally transmits these Vibrations to everything connected to the circuit including your toaster. The Wires to your Toaster are Live in that they have a huge disturbance in their Vibrations as they conduct vibrations well, all the way back to the generator. (or battrery)
Battery Flat Line Direct Current and Alternating Current
A Battery derives its Vibrational Energy by the controlled equalization of Vibrations between two conductors or ‘elements’.
AC is the availablity of induced pulsed Magnetic Wave Vibrations in a conductive Coil induced by the Magnets Field’s Vibrational Wave Forms interacting with the Coiled collectors metal Light Crystal Structure. A MRF Pattern that is unique to each Mass of Energy or ‘element’.
Things to Never Do
Never test the difference in Vibrations between a common ferrite magnet and a Neodymium magnet near a Wall Wart Power Supply. Passing a magnet next to a Coil that is already ALIVE will create a Field Effect and a wireless connection and Transfer the Vibration to the Magnet you are holding, to electrocute yourself with a lot of current. Just slowly move it closer and stay away as you can feel the differing vibrations from a distance. Every magnetic Field is different as is every snowflake. Everything Vibrates. Harvesting these Vibrations can be done in many ways other than just a battery or spinning a magnet.
Bio Electricity and Light
We see Light as, Sunlight, Star Light, Fire light, Sky Lightning, Spark Light from a battery, Spinning Magnet Light in a light bulb, car battery light bulb, any ‘electrical discharge’, a ‘chemical’ light or pyrotechnics and sparks from friction. Each and every one of these is a magnetic Interaction. Even the ‘Light’ of the Human Aura comes from the tumbling or spinning Iron in Toroidal red blood cells as they circulate in an “Infinity Loop” around the body creating a Rotating Magnetic Field. Every Cell in the body touches the Vascular system and the Bodies Cells act like ‘copper coils’. Tesla said Rotating Magnetic Fields will generate Radiant Energy. The grey matter of the Human Brain is a Battery and its only 2 volts but there are a lot of Cells in your battery for an awful lot of Potential to run a marathon. The Body Electric will be discussed in the Uses for Batteries in Healing in due course.
Now we can begin to understand why Light is the Foundation Building Block of the Universe with the “only attributes” of Energy, Frequency and Vibration and without actual FORM or BODY and having two distinct aspects of Magnetism or as Walter Russell saw it: Compression and Expansion.
Once one understands Light having Magnetism is “everything” and without form … then you have the Physics for a billion new inventions based upon Magnetic Field Science where everything has a Magnetic Resonant Field Pattern (MRF pattern). The many applications of a Programmable Magnetic Field upon Life and matter.
That is the condensed Theory of Light is Energy, Frequency and Vibration that forms Everything in this Universe. Water is Liquid Light Crystals or Liquid Electricity or even Liquid Magnetism and there’s much more to adding Magnetic Current to water than ONLY using 2 electrodes to form the basis of the Electric Universe theory and the Periodic Table of the ‘elements’. Time to exit the cave and see whats causing the shadows by understanding whats creating the Light.
What else is involved with the Creation of Light in this universe? “The Universe is Mental” said Hermes Trismegistus. There is no creation without the Mind Consciousness said Walter Russell.

The Structure of Light as the Foundation of Field Science and the only ‘particle’ in the Universe.
Its ALL Energy, Frequency and Vibration. These are the terms of understandings the Universe. Do not change the words. Tesla didn’t mince words and meant just that. Some researchers substitute ‘sound’ for Vibrations but this further detracts from Tesla’s original meaning. Others want to use SPIN for the source of Vibrations in the EU and other particle science theories, but this too is changing Tesla’s Quote.
In Field Science, every parcel of matter is Magnetic. There are no electrons, no protons and no neutrons. In fact an Atom, as you understand it, is not a conglomerate of charged and neutral particles which is simply fantasy. Its an outdated model purposely promoted to hide humans from the freely available Vibrational energy that is all around us. ‘Neutral’ Neutrons as an atomic particle, have no charge and implies no spin and no vibration or frequency and as such simply cannot exist. They are imaginative marbles in a particle theory only. The Atom, as proposed by Democritus, was “indivisible”. Its Symbol is the same as the symbol for water and is an Inverted Triangle and represents an “indivisible” form as it cannot be divided further. In physical form the Atom is a Tetrahedron crystal. There would be literally zillions of Tetrahedron Light Structures in a drop of water.
In Field Science, Water is comprised of the same basic Tetrahedron Light Crystal as is ALL other physical matter. This makes Water “Liquid Electricity”, Earth as solid electricity, Wind as Gaseous electricity and Fire as ‘light plasma’ electricity. So lets explain Light as the only actual bit of ‘matter’ in the universe.
The structure of Light is like a tiny ‘bar magnet’ or a ‘match stick’ with a magnetic Polarity having a North and South pole and an equatorial ‘neutral’ centre. The North Pole Magnetism is ‘stronger’ that the South Pole and this can be evidenced as seen in Stronger Field Emanations as well as each Pole having a differing ‘Pull’ ability in relation to say an iron object. Keshe’s book “The Structure of Light” will cast more light on this subject.
As with all things ‘magnetic’ they want to stick together and become a stable pattern. In the simplest of shapes, 6 of these Light Structures come together to form a Tetrahedron or a Crystal of Light. The smallest 3D Shape besides a cube, is the only ‘solid’ structure that can fill a volume without any gaps between the Tetrahedrons. On our Earths Magnetic Field, these Tetrahedrons are found without Form as Water at room temp. Water is a Liquid Crystal of Light. Water is also Liquid Electricity. The entire Universe is made from this single Crystal of Light Structures in Geometric patterns. What separates water from say Iron or Sodium Chloride, is the Frequency and Vibrational Pattern (the MRF Pattern) of the Light/Water Crystals within the Magnetic Resonant Field Pattern (MRFP) you are looking at. The ‘energy’ of this Light Crystal is in its frequency of Vibration. This simplicity can only be by design.

2000 years ago, the Biblical Magi from the East or Persia, had the technology to make Baghdad Batteries. - Clean fresh potable water and in this case from my farm underground water irrigation bore.
- A clean JoeCell or as Joe calls it, a “TubeCell”. Concentrically placed 4 pieces of Seamless Stainless 316L Steel Pipe all insulated from each other with organic rubber inside a 316L seamless container. No tube touches another. All “tubes” have a Magnetic Field and as such all Tubes need to have their North Poles at the Top. A good Dowser can do this if you cant cut an end off as it comes out of the Foundry. Some people can see the greater Fire at one end of the tube.
- A 240VAC to 48VDC Telecom Rectifier. This is an old school AC to DC transformer but understand, having seen literally 1000’s of these JoeCell Experiments, to use a 12V Car Battery is actually MORE Conducive to a better outcome for Changing the Memory of the water, although the Rectifier gives “Tonal Feedback” as to the PHASE the Hyper-Charging is in. Now lets explain what is happening in the Water into Oil Video from a new perspective of our new understanding of just 2 Electrodes in Water being’ similar to a high school ‘electrolysis experiment’.
This “Trust the Science” being the collective knowledge of mankind is fundamentally flawed, or more correctly, fundamentally FAKED by Omission. The science of physics, chemistry, astronomy, biology and medicines are based on the simple high school experiment of placing 2 electrodes in water to harvest 2 gasses. All these fanciful Particle and other chaos ‘theories’ originate from two parts H and one part O from water. So let’s go back to this experiment and see why it’s rigged and incorrect.
- Rigged #1. Its not water. Its (usually) a Caustic solution. If they used pure water they would get ‘nothing’. Electrolysis does not work in pure water. So they are ‘Electrolysing’ something other than water. They ADD other Frequencies as elements have frequency vibrations. You can drink water but you cannot drink this caustic solution so its NOT water.
- Rigged #2. In order to get these 2 gases they need a copper and a zinc electrode. What they should use is the SAME material for each electrode. If differing metals are required, then why? There must be ‘something’ to using differing metals to give a desired outcome (for indoctrination purposes). Again this can be like a Catalyst in the experiment.
- Rigged #3. These differing metals have a polarity requirement for the production of 2 gases. The copper must be connected to the Positive terminal of the DC source with zinc to the Negative DC source. It wont work if reversed and not at all if you are ONLY splitting pure water.
- Rigged #4. No explanation of what Battery DC actually is that’s “doing the work” to make 2 gases. Actually no explanation anywhere on Earth as to what the Battery DC is until I wrote the above. They make the assumption that its 2 ‘gas elements’ and then go on show 2 ‘elements’ produced by checking their Frequencies with the Volume ascribing how much of each ‘element’ makes the Water.
- Rigged #5. They take not into account additives which can act like Catalysts in an experiment changing the outcome in a desired way. Much like Platinum in a Catalytic Converter being a Transmuter of the exhaust gases. Copper, Zinc, and the Sodium combined with Hydro and Oxide would make interesting catalysts to get the Wind a pumpin as ‘they’ just added H and O to the ‘water’.
Basically, we need to question this experiment as thats what Science is all about. The nature of the 2 gases fails to take in to account their Polarity Bias when they bubbled from each electrode despite excluding the ignorance of Quin-rigged science fundamentals as we shall soon see.
To place 2 wires in water and electrifying them will see one of them degrade. A ‘colloidal’ silver maker will demonstrate this.
To overcome the action of degradation and to generate a Magnetic Field, the wire is COILED and now you can boil the water without degradation to the wires or make Light in a bulb in an ‘inert’ vacuum.

There is no ‘Alchemy’ in placing 2 electrodes in water or a single electrified coil in the water when Fire (electricity) is acting upon Water (liquid).
Alchemy is about the controlled permanent change in the Memory of water where “Everything is Water”.
Joe says the primary function of his Cells is to “permanently change the Memory of Water.”
In order for there to be “memory” there must be a Magnetic Field. We have already established that the structure of Light is magnetic, it follows that water is magnetic and experimentally we can overlay a new Field Polarity Frequency or permanently change its appearance, color, taste, in fact everything about the original sample of ‘Liquid’ in the JoeCell, has Transmuting or changed the MRF Pattern by creating a new Predetermined Polarity or New Vibrational Frequencies to the Magnetic Field that we applied to the Water. Place an Antenna Cell in water and Electrify it and it Magnetizes the Water permanently. Cells with 9 active ‘surfaces’ to mimic the Layers of the Earth and all rotating Toroidal Fields to give the best results in a JoeCell. Magnetic Water makes Plants grow more vigorously.

Regardless of how you view whats in the Wires and called ‘electricity’, electricity is a pulse or a flow of Magnetic Current. This cannot be disputed. Water being a liquid crystal of Magnetic Light structures has Magnetic MEMORY. To change this magnetic memory of water, we add MORE Magnetic Current as a MAGNETIC Field effect of an Antenna JoeCell. How we add this Magnetic Current governs the outcome of the Magnetic Polarity or Memory change of the water. With 5 electrode Tubes and only 2 wires, this gives us 16 options or Field Bias Polarities or controlled changes to the original liquid in the Cell.
Which is quite a few different outcomes than the the ‘best’ we can do with 2 electrodes or a coil, is heat the water, burn out the wires, electroplate or make 2 gases. Not much change in Memory of the water.
Adding more ‘electrodes’ does not make the water magnetic or a liquid magnet. Browns Gas is an example of this. Every electrode is electrified, effectively meaning there are still only 2 electrodes acting in 90 degrees to each other and all one gets is a greater quantity of 2 gasses and with a “greater charge factor” than the original water so recombining them releases this energy as a flame but the water stays the ‘same’. Apparently Browns gas makes a real hot Flame.
The Patentable Intellectual Property of a JoeCell is the adding of NEUTRAL Plates between the electrodes and creating an Electrified Geometric Antenna to program a pattern or ‘Memory change’’ the Wave Functions utilizing a water medium antenna as wave form generator. 3 of the 5 cylinders or Tubes are “Neutral Plates”.

Emoto showed the mind, when concentrating on water, could change its Freeze Pattern. Joe changes the Magnetic Resonant Field Pattern of plain water to that of OIL with a whole lot of Magnetic Field Effects verses Mind over Emoto matter abilities.
To say it in layman’s terms, By placing a Neutral plate (its not electrified as in, not connected to an electrode from the battery DC) is placing a conductor between the two electrified plates and this sees the flow of DC between the electrified plates (and back again as for every action there is an opposite and equal flow) as “electrifying” the neutral Plate between the electrified plates. This is similar to placing a NAIL in the centre of the Coil for an electro-magnet.
The Neutral plates, like the Nails, are responsible for the Creation of a Magnetic Field and this Magnetizes the Water or “Hyper Charges” the water. Or “Charges Up” the Water says Joe. The Neutral Plate becomes magnetic and the Field Permeates the Waters ‘electric Structure’ making the water take on a NEW Magnetic ‘elemental’ Memory or Carbon in this discourse. “Elements” are Frequencies of water. What ‘elements’ we make besides Carbon depends upon the Polarity Bias of the Field created in the Water as determined by the Centre Polarity of the Antenna JoeCell. We use 316L Stainless Steel because it will magnetize when Electrified but will not ‘retain’ the Memory of Magnetism when the power is turned off like a nail will if left on a magnet.
This is Structured Water at its finest. Structuring it to any phase or state of Matter where Highly North Pole magnetic Water is Hyper-Charged with Life Force Energies to make growth enhancing Elixirs, if that’s the Centre Bias of the Field in your Cell that your Mind assists in programming the water for.
There you have one of the best kept ‘secrets’ of modern science all hidden from you by the high school indoctrination of splitting water into H2O and poo pooing ‘water has memory’ and ‘Mind over matter’ and there’s no magnetic properties in the Atomic structure. There are 5 cylinders or Tubes in this Concentric Geometric Pattern where only 2 of them have the DC electrode leads attached. The 5 Tubes have a numbering system adding up to 9. In this water into oil Video, the “Cell” can be ‘powered up 4 ways. Each of the 4 ways to attach the electrodes, has 4 outcomes or products from the Magnetic Field of the Water. Elemental Matter has 4 States as in solid, liquid, gas and Plasma or Earth, Water, Wind and Fire. Implosion or compression or hydrogen is made by Negative Field Bias or the “negative electrode”.

The Negative Electrode is ‘producing’ a highly negatively charged water vapor and the positive electrode is producing a highly positively charged water vapor. A Mass Spectrometer is only measuring the Frequency Change of water vapors in relation to each other.
In “their” Theory of the Atomic Structure there is NO mention of magnetic forces. Apparently these do not exist outside of Iron, Boron and Cobalt and then as only a ‘property’ of these ‘elements’.
Where is the Opposite and Equal of ‘gravity’? If there is none, then gravity as a ‘force’ is incorrectly quantified. Is not Hydrogen an ‘anti-gravity’ gas? Why doesn’t the Weight of the Atoms in the Wind gravitate to the earth? Impossible questions for them Pseudo Theoretical Lab Rats. Light ‘elements’ still have mass and weight but arent attracted to the earth like ‘heavy’ atoms and for some reason they cant or wont or ignore this in any explanation of Gravity. No magnetism in the Atom so no magnetism in Gravity as its BONDS between the marble like properties, or the High Spin rates or other such incomplete theories.
As Everything is made of Magnetic Light Structures, this means that in simple terms, the Negative Electrode produces a gas that is REPELLED from the Earths Magnetic Field and the Positive electrode produces a gas that is ‘attracted’ to the Earth. Expansion or Compression, Repulsion and Attraction, Implosion and Explosion, or ‘hydrogen’ and ‘oxygen’. Others have called it ‘reciprocating’. For Tesla its VIBRATIONS. There are no “elements” other than Element Water. There are many FREQUENCIES of Water though. For a ‘visual’ of the true atomic structure of ANY conglomerate of Matter, think back to the last science fare you went to and you laid your hands on a Plasma Ball. The Lightning Strike patterns or Kaleidoscope pattern or 3D Snowflake pattern has “onion layers” of energy patterns for each Stabilised Frequency Pattern or ‘element’. The Earth has Onion layers.

The Quintessence or 5th Element of Aristotle governs the INTERACTIONS of the 4 Elemental States of Matter. Inertia being an interaction. Inertia is the perceived Force or Resistance inherent within the Planes of Energy forming the 3D Cubical Universal ‘mesh’ Grid that gives resistance to the 4 Elemental States to any CHANGE in motion (speed). The Grid acts like DRAG or resists movement of Energy within the Energy Grid. All ‘objects’ with a defined ‘Field shape’ have a Neutral Centre attachment to the Aether. These 3 Planes of the Energy Grid create x, y, and z co-ordinate points or Universe Grid Points for all Neutral Centre attachment points and for ‘point to point’ Travel Co-ordinates as a Universal GPS system. My question is about the tetrahedral structure of water. If the Aether is like a N and S pole match stick how are the points terminated? Some NSN and some SNS? Wonder if a Tetrahedron can be made with bar magnets?
No as each Bar Magnet would be a different Mass, a different Frequency combination, a different energy level consisting of billions of differing vibrations. It would not be ‘similar’ to a light structure and would not behave the same.
This level of understanding of the Nature of Light and its magnetic structure is at least 100 years ahead of mainstream science understandings. The US Military R&D Labs use this Structure of Light to reverse engineer alien tech and they keep it to themselves and release Dis-info like “element 115”.

The JoeCell replicates the Layers of planet earth’s layers. The core, mantel, the crust, the atmosphere and the outer boundary.
The Cell is made 4 pieces or Tubes of 316L Non Magnetic Food Grade seamless Stainless Steel. In the rigged electrolysis experiment where the North Pole electrode makes the gas that is ‘repelled’ from the Earth and through experimentation we find Copper is a Positive or Anode metal. We also find Silver is a “Negative” metal. Now If I had several Baghdad batteries capable of being connected in ‘series’ I can “tap off” 4 different distinct Phases of magnetic current (Unique IP) where ONE of these connections could be applied to a Coil of Silver Wire that would exhibit ‘repelled’ forces from the Earth and if I used this silver wire to thread into a carpet to make a coil. I have not read much about him. I purposely avoid him because it interferes with my thoughts remaining my own. Same with most others. I do read about Tesla, John Keely and anything very old. Many say what we have, proves Schauberger. We take it to a couple levels above Victor with the science of the Universe complete with the potential for millions of new Inventions. The Negative Silver coil reacts more to the Waters Field charge than to the Dirt or land Field Charge.
The Dynamics of flowing water. I’m sure Victor has something like this. 49’ers and other gold panners knew that 16 bends down river they would find the same ‘particle’ size of gold. (4 Elemental States of Matter with 4 phases in each state) What this ‘means’ is after 16 Frequency changes, the Charge factor of the stream water has moved up through all levels and what was once “dissolved solids” has begun to be transmuted into pure water. The stream is self cleaning.
Looking at the dynamics of the water crystal in a flowing Pipe rather than a stream, we understand that these water crystals, billions of them, are tumbling and spinning as they flow. These water crystals are tiny MAGNETS and will generate ‘electricity’ in a coil placed next to the water pipe IF the Water is made Magnetic by Hyper Charging the water with either an “electric in-line” JoeCell or a special configuration of Ferrite ring magnets placed at the beginning of the water mains. One Magnetic In-Line water Cell (like in the above video where it makes fresh water out of sea water) could provide ‘electrical’ power to an entire Cities water customers.
